The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 156                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to compliance with federal education laws;                                                                 
    relating to public school accountability; and providing for an                                                              
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 156 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
